MOLDS:
You can purchase molds at most kitchen stores, but Ethan recommends plastic party cups covered in saran wrap. Poke a hole in the center of the wrap, and insert the popsicle stick. Saran wrap will hold stick in place.
NOTE: If making “Adult Popsicles” with alcohol in them, use 1/4 to 1/3 ox of liquor for ever 2 and 1/2 ozs of juice.
FRUITSICLE:
Mash bananas, strawberry, and pineapple. Pour into mold with orange juice. Freeze.
POPSICLE:
Pour 100% fruit juice, flavor of your choice, into mold. Freeze. If you prefer sugar-free, sweeten with agave nectar or honey.
FROZEN BANANAS:
Insert popsicle stick into bananna. Freeze. Cover in melted chocolate. Let harden on wax paper.
