Ethan’s Ribs

4 pounds baby back pork ribs
1 cup cider vinegar
2 cups fresh squeezed orange juice
1 cup agave nectar
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
3 teaspoons Red Hot brand hot sauce

1) Make sure ribs are prepared for marinading. Remove papery like skin off back of bones
2) Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and wisk to combine
3) Place ribs into a shallow baking dish, pour marinade over ribs, and allow to marinade overnight or for 4 to 6 hours
4) Wrap ribs loosely in FOIL. Pour 1/2 cup of marinade into each foil packet
5) Place ribs on a rack in the oven
6) Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
7) Remove the packets from the oven and allow them to cool. Place into the fridge overnight
8) Reserve remaining marinade
9) Heat up grill, grill ribs while mopping with marinade (after marinade has boiled on the stove)
10) ENJOY
